Congratulations to June Barrow-Green, who has just been elected to be a corresponding member of the International Academy of the History of Science.  The International Academy of the History of Science was founded in 1928.  Its elected members are internationally leading historians of the sciences, including mathematics and medicine. Among the members have frequently been working scientists and mathematicians, such as Andrey Kolmogorov and Carl Ludwig Siegel, who were also researchers in the history of their disciplines.
